The Agile PMO is a product/project oriented role that, based on a servant leadership spirit, helps the project/product team to reach their best performance by:

- Defining the best framework that fits to the project depending of its characteristics and context
- Caring for getting as closer as possible to the agile values and principles, even when a traditional/waterfall framework is applied, by helping the team to be focused in maximizing value under a self-organization essence.
- Maintaining the Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management Plan, actions and indicators of the project
- Helping establish empirical product/project planning for a complex environment to guarantee the deliver OTOCOQ
- Fostering the customer collaboration principle by frequently sharing, value deliver and feedback gathering
- Collaborating with the documentation deliveries according to the process applicable
- Recording of key program decisions and lessons learnt sharing
- Collecting relevant information about finance status, and identifying trends and risks.
- Proactively seeking out and implement improvements in your way of working, and in the overall execution of the project
- Share the project’s status to team members, upper level(s) and other stakeholders by providing adequate indicators and analysis (KPI, Dashboard, etc) and facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team

As part of the Transformation team, she/he will collaborate with other Agile PMO, scrum masters and agile coaches to improve the methodologies’ efficiency and make the role grow in the Organization by participating in the Community of Practice and communication activities related.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:

- Engineering
- Experience in management related activities or in PMO environment is valuable
- Knowledge or experience (preferable) in Agile development preferable
- Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Nexus, LeSS, SaFe,) is valuable
- Risk & Opportunity management (ARM tool, ERM process, business continuity management) is a plus
- Familiar with Project Planning methods and tools (MSP, UP, etc)
