We're a fast-growing, early-stage startup. You will be working directly with the CEO/Founder. You will have the opportunity to build up the HR department from its early stages onwards and to shape the direction of the company in a highly dynamic market environment.

Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategy that support business goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to hire.
- Manage and further develop employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans.
- Organize company events and offsites.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with our values.
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Carry out HR operations, including owning all employee data, contracts, payroll and HR admin
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Offer guidance and support to the management team on HR-related matters.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR policies and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar HR or recruiting role, preferably in a dynamic start-up, or high-growth environment
- Positive energy and "get it done" attitude
- Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills experienced in building strong processes for employees
- Proven track record of hands-on HR management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
- Nice to have: German speaker and experience in (Spanish) labor law.
