**Proposito del puesto**
- Collaborate with AP Manager to establish fundamentals to build a Corporate Travel Expenses Office for all group European sites

**Descripción**
- He/She will be part of the SSC Finance team, providing support to AP team.
- As project team member he/she will participate on o Provide financial support to IT Concur implementation strategy. o Collaborate with Concur - Dyn365 posting authomatization
- Corporate VISA process administration
- Travel Expenses accounting
- Define TE reports by Site / Cost Center

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Define process work instructions and procedures.
- Ensure to properly record TE at the designated cost centre.
- Multicompany Travel Expenses accounting for all sites under SSC
- Corporate VISA cards administrative handling additions/ cancelations
- Support annual audit by providing information and assisting auditors.
- Maintain accounting controls in compliance with Internal Policies
- Travel Expenses accounting
- Expenses settlement
- Continuously improving SOP (Standard Operational Procedures)
- Financial discrepancies reconciliation by collecting and analysing account information.
- Intra-community VAT recovery
- Other tasks assigned by superior
