En colaboración con empresa del sector financiero consolidada, y en un momento de crecimiento, buscamos un **_Comp&Ben Manager_** que tendrá la **_misión_** de analizar y definir políticas de compensación y estructuras salariales en base a la descripción de puestos, para redefinir políticas de retribución/beneficios para los empleados. También colaborará en proyectos estratégicos de arquitectura de puestos y planes de igualdad.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar en el mantenimiento de la valoración de puestos, preservando la coherencia transversal y vertical.
- Participar en reuniones con las Direcciones para el entendimiento correcto de las necesidades de cada Dirección.
- Ayudar en la identificación, valoración y establecimiento de planes de mejora y/o proyectos para aquellos procesos donde exista margen para la optimización y mejora de la eficiencia.
- Asegurar la revisión constante del cumplimiento de los requerimientos legales en materia de transparencia salarial, planes de igualdad, registros retributivos, brecha salarial, entre otros.
- Dar soporte en la participación de encuestas salariales del mercado
- Asistir en el proceso de consolidación de información para los procesos de revisión salarial.

**Habilidades y Conocimientos**:

- Valorable formación específica en Compensación y Beneficios
- Experiência de más de 3 años en consultoría de compensación o en departamentos de RRHH en empresas, preferiblemente empresas con complejidad laboral en el rol de Especialista de Compensación y Beneficios.
- Experiência analizando y definiendo políticas retributivas y estructuras salariales en base a la descripción de puestos para redefinir políticas de retribución/beneficios para los empleados.
- Muy valorable conocimiento de metodologías de valoración.
- Nível de inglés fluído
- Experiência en el manejo de BBDD
- Nível avanzado de Excel
