For nearly twenty years, our specialized firm has honed its expertise in Spanish legal and tax affairs, focusing particularly on property transfers, donations, and estate management for international clients. With a team of seasoned Spanish lawyers and motivated professionals, we provide unparalleled service to Belgian and Dutch clients across various regions in Spain.

**Position**:
Our client, a legal and fiscal firm based in Marbella, is seeking an Administrative Accountant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Act as a liaison between our clients and the external accounting firm, facilitating communication and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Utilize knowledge of Spanish accounting practices to understand and coordinate financial requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and compliance with accounting standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Education: High school diploma
- Additional courses and informal training
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years
- Demonstrable experience as an administrative assistant in the accounting department
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office package)
- Knowledge of accounting and tax declarations
- Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred Dutch is a (very big) Plus
