**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering commitments on secured projects.
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited to deliver increased.
- To deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties, expectations to be exceeded wherever possible.
- To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, project or otherwise) associated with each and every project.
- Effective solutions which meet our quality expectations and can be delivered to our clients whilst managing the risk and ensuring back-to-back terms and conditions.
- Manage the delivery of projects within agreed budget requirements.
- Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
- Create and establish the Master Project Schedule, based on the Critical Path and key milestones. (P6 cost/resource loaded schedule).
- Create and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft costs and hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, allowances, etc.
- Create Strategy for Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
- Create Strategy for Contract negotiation, typically in concert with the Client’s PM and legal counsel, including the establishment of all GC “business terms” including mark-ups, fees, insurance, labor rates, escalation, etc.

As a consultancy, we are focused on genuinely upgrading the way construction projects are delivered. We bring control and clarity to projects using a pragmatic mix of the latest technology, our own processes, and a big dose of common sense.

We then take the deep understanding of the projects we work on and all of our spare revenue to develop construction management software products that anyone can use to deliver their projects better. Our tech team are building a full suite of products one module at a time - kind of like office 365 but for construction management.
