This means that we need to accelerate our omni customer experience and put omni at the core of our business
Omni Sales Team is a new unit within our Regions, with full Omni customer experience ownership - on both a regional and country sales market level. This unit will set and drive an omni commercial and customer plan based on an insight driven approach to grow and engage the customer base. Additionally, the Omni Sales Team will manage omni regional assortment and stock strategy according to customer demand.
**Job Description**:
On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Media Planner you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team within Omni Sales Team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Key responsibilities include**:
- Add customer value and increase brand value and sales by creating an effective strategy, planning, implementation and follow up for our paid and own media channels.
- Be immersed in the regional communication plan and adjust to be locally relevant and maximize outcome by using insights on different customer target groups, commercial patterns, and growth goals
- Brief & coordinate media and communications plan to extenal media agency/ies and stakeholders within the region.
- Perform customer analysis to get insights on opportunities, traffic and revenue
- Key contact and responsible for budgeting, coordinating and follow up on media and communication plan with local media agencies
- Identify customer growth potential connected to media investments together with regional and local customer activation team

Besides your personality we see that you have:
- a university degree preferably in Marketing, Communication or Business
- Strategic thinker with broad marketing & media skills
- at least 5 years of experience in similar roles with strategic responsibility including managing Media budgets for internal and external multiple channels and working operative with media planning.
- Expert in paid brand & consideration channels (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print etc)
- Good understanding of local media landscape and how media agencies operate
- Strategic experience from driving brand & customer growth for different target groups, preferably from relevant local markets
- perceived as structured, analytical, and influencing person with passion for communication and strong English skills
