**Hello** Welcome to **Trucksters**:

- Spanish startup based in Madrid with the vision to transform the freight transportation industry and move it towards a fairer model for drivers, more efficient for customers and sustainable for the ecosystem.

We are still in day 1 with almost everything to build, although we already have 100 people, we have an annual turnover of more than 30 million euros (run-rate revenues) and we are growing at a rate of 4x per year (YoY growth).

We are looking for a **Head of Talent Acquisition** to continue growing our company, ordering and structuring the Talent Acquisition process, facing a great challenge with the opportunity to lead our Talent Acquisition department.

Your **main responsabilities** will include:

- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities;
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring;
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business;
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and supervising the recruiting team;
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met;

**Job requirements**
- More than 3 years working in Talent Acquistion departments.
- Experience leading a team for at least 1 year.
- More than 1 year working for high growth companies (startups or scaleups).
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
