Purchasing Controlling Analyst

**Location**:ES**Date**:Mar 17, 2023**Role Summary**
- We are looking for Purchasing Excellence Coordinator, who will be part of the Purchasing Excellence Team, a supporting function under Corporate Procurement organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote Purchasing transformation trough the coordination of initiatives working closely with Procurement team members and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, processes and procedures.
- Ensure the achievement of the value associated with the projects: expected benefits.
- Management of specific projects or programs where direct participation of the area may be required.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**
- To have a degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree.
- Experienced in the end-to-end Procurement process (3 years minimum)
- Comfortable with managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Developed understanding of how the responsibilities of the role affect the work of others within Sourcing & other Business areas.
- An open attitude and proactive approach is mandatory to be able not only to communicate internally and externally but also to convey a continuous improvement culture among the whole company.
- To have developed and implemented significant cultural and business change experience within complex international organization
