**Finance Analyst in Valle de Trapaga (Vizcaya), Spain.**

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
The overall mission is to provide updated, clear, consistent and pertinent data about the financial position of the Group, Sectors or Units, both for external and internal use.

**DURATION**: 12-15 months

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
The missions include some or all of the following tasks:

- Be in constant and close contact with other central departments of the Finance function
- Collect data in a timely manner, though ERP systems and assure accuracy, reliability and relevance.
- Organize the data to build the cost of inventories and cost of sales.
- Produce and review the contract accounting, including cash.
- Produce and review the Finantial statement (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement)
- Ensure compliance with the Alstom reporting and accounting principles, statutory and tax regulations
- Analysis of systems parameters: list of units, chart of account and access rights.
- Prepare and implement the monthly reporting process: data extraction and elaboration, data upload and Teranga’s error resolution.
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
- Be able to manage main objectives: organization, tools, process of permanent improvement, delegation of authority, segregation of duties.
- Long term contract management
- Understand and manage ALSTOM Financial cycle.

**EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES**:
**Experience**:

- Up to 2 years in similar position (in the industrial sector preferable)
- Experience in IFRS and the business financial consolidation tools SAP BFC

**Educational Requirements**:
Academic background in Finance or Business Administration at Master level

**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish & English.

**Competencies & Skills**:

- Understand the main concepts of internal control, as set out in the Internal Control Manual, be able to pilot a campaign as Process Owner.
- Rapid and reactive, and resistant to stress
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Business and Financial Indicators
- Use own experience and improve constantly knowledge in consolidation
- Demonstrate Teamwork, Honesty, Integrity, Courage and Conviction
- Excellent analytical skills
