For our EAD Business Unit inKartal, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be located in Istanbuland may work in various cities of Turkey as well as abroad. This role will beresponsible for delivery of the projects, early involvement during turnkeysolution proposals technical part based on industrial customer specificationsfor Instrumentation, Automation and Electrification and support Sales Managersfor technical discussions during order/contract negotiations and finalization.

What are my responsibilities?
- Plan and execute projects bymanaging both external and internal resources
- Participate in project/programmanagement activities such as; defining scheduling, budget, risk, change,opportunity and resource management activities
- Support sales team inpre-tender & post-tender phase in meeting about tender clarifications withthe customer and client relationship
- Analyze customer specificationsand incorporate unique selling proposals into proposals
- Internal coordination withengineering and procurement to ensure timely delivery of offers
- Ensure all orders are in linewith Limits of Authority and financial objectives of Siemens Energy
- Document management processesreview and evaluation of requirements
- Participate in sustaining andimproving customer satisfaction processes
- Fulfill the obligations raisingfrom the existing long term programs between Siemens Energy and customers
- Follow up the HSE requirementsthat needs to be fulfilled at site level and make sure that all Siemens Energycorporate and legal HSE requirements are met
- Compliant with regulations andcompany policies

What do I need to qualify forthis job?
- Bachelor’s degree inElectrical/Electronics Engineering
- Very good command of English(Russian is an asset)
- Knowledge on oil&gasstandards, pulp&paper process and GOST standarts is an asset
- Knowledge on compliance,negotiation communication methods, project management, claim management, riskmanagement and business planning
- Minimum 5 years of experiencein the solution business. engineering and project management, internationalexperience and collaboration in international teams will be an remarkableassets
- Strong inter-personal,communication, negotiation, project management, claim management, riskmanagement and business planning skills
- Be decisive and have strongplanning and facilitating skills
- Enthusiastic, result-oriented,customer focused, resourceful and creative
- Strong conceptual problemsolving capabilities and you are willing to travel
- To be an independent (whennecessary) and self-determined worker with very high customer focus andexcellent communication skills
- Having a project managementcertificate according to IPMA or eqivalent is an asset
