**Job Purpose**

The customer strategy manager will shape our customer long-term strategy and develop the necessary measures and KPIs to ensure we meet the business objectives.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Leading the Customer VY Transform Plan.
- Supporting the development of customer long term strategy.
- Developing business cases to support decision making.
- Supporting the various customer departments to achieve their goals.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Implement plans to maximise the value for the customer and for the company: increase NPS, increase revenues and reduce costs.
- Support the development of long-term customer strategy as part of VY Transform.
- Build business cases using modelling techniques and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analyses of projects effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Actively seek new opportunities to improve and develop area processes and policies with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
- Track the necessary KPI to ensure results are delivered.
- Liaise with key internal departments/stakeholders to develop new projects and CX initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for project approvals.
- Assess CX market trends and competitors.
- Identify threats and opportunities for the Customer Experience.
- Present findings, projections, and recommended actions.
- Plan, implement and manage in high level the proposed recommendations and projects.
- Monitor and reporting on projects.
- Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.

**Education**

Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.

**Experience**
