La persona seleccionada tomará un papel fundamental a la hora de posicionar su producto único en el sector de la edificación, ayudando a constructores y arquitectos a elegir la mejor solución para sus proyectos. Si quieres seguir desarrollándote en el área de ventas y consolidar tu trayectoria y conocimientos en materiales de construcción, sigue leyendo: ¿Qué buscamos? - Formación en Ingeniería civil, Arquitectura o carreras afines. - 2-3 años de experiência en campos relacionados, especialmente trabajando mano a mano con arquitectos en recetas de productos o haciendo ventas técnicas a empresas constructoras. - Dominio de MS Office y CRM. - Habilidades fluidas del idioma inglés requeridas para una participación efectiva en reuniones internacionales. Responsabilidades clave para esta posición: - Desarrollar la presencia de la Compañía, cuota de mercado y visibilidad de marca en el mercado de la construcción de la zona Centro de España. - Lograr un crecimiento rentable en las ventas de materiales, siguiendo el modelo comercial a través de la venta de especificaciones. - Adquirir nuevos proyectos en cartera y gestionarlos a lo largo de su ciclo de vida con el objetivo de cerrar las ventas. - Crear una red sólida con miembros destacados de la comunidad arquitectónica; ayudar a los arquitectos en cada etapa del viaje del cliente con su experiência en el sistema de fachada. - Desarrollar una sólida red de instaladores y otras personas influyentes y ayudarles con el soporte relevante a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto. Brindar capacitación y consulta, soporte en el sitio y experiência durante las diferentes etapas de construcción. - Proporcionar soporte posventa y ayudar a los socios con los principales desafíos y recomendaciones. - Colaborar con el resto del equipo comercial: ventas internas, marketing, técnico, servicio al cliente, actuar como un jugador de equipo. - Documentar, rastrear y monitorear proyectos y actividades relevantes en CRM.
