Joining the Record to Report Team as a R2R GL Agent you will execute GL activities within the TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) to provide a high level of service and support to the internal and external customers.

ABOUT THE JOB

Assist GL Team ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) executing accounting closing transactions
You will reconcile balance sheet accounts in line with Group standards
You will create journal entries and assemble supporting documentation as well as assist in the production of financial statements
You will follow the financial control procedures and process documents
You will record COSO controls evidence in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) in order to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control

ABOUT YOU

Business university degree will be valuable
Good written and spoken language skills in English
A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
Strong Excel skills
An individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business
