**Fixed Term Contact 7 Months**

Joining the Record to Report Team as a R2R GL Agent you will execute GL activities within the TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) to provide a high level of service and support to the internal and external customers.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Assist GL Team ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) executing accounting closing transactions
- You will reconcile balance sheet accounts in line with Group standards
- You will create journal entries and assemble supporting documentation as well as assist in the production of financial statements
- You will follow the financial control procedures and process documents
- You will record COSO controls evidence in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) in order to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control

**ABOUT YOU**
- Business university degree will be valuable
- Good written and spoken language skills in English
- A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
- Strong Excel skills
- An individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business
