Nuestro cliente, importante grupo industrial nacional, perteneciente al sector farmacéutico y biotecnológico, con filiales a nível internacional, busca completar su equipo de gestión con la figura de un:
**FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (con experiência en Entornos Industriales)**

**MISION DEL PUESTO***: En dependencia de la Dirección General y Financiera del Grupo, la persona seleccionada será responsable de planificar y fijar la política financiera de una de las empresas del grupo y sus filiales. Se responsabilizará de la optimización de la gestión financiera y analítica de la empresa y filiales así como del cumplimiento de las obligaciones contables, fiscales, de tesorería, etc. Para ello, contará con un equipo a su cargo.

**EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y FUNCIONES A REALIZAR**:
**Se requiere un profesional con al menos **siete años** de experiência como **RESPONSABLE DEL AREA FINANCIERA **en empresas industriales de tamaño mediano**.**: Con un equipo a su cargo, entre sus
**FUNCIONES **principales destacamos las siguientes:

- Supervisión de la contabilidad financiera, analítica y auditoria, Cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales. Implantación de procedimientos de control interno. Gestión de la tesorería y preparación de reporting.
- Seguimiento y mejora del sistema de costes industriales implantado en la compañía, así como su correspondiente contabilidad analítica y posterior cuadre con la contabilidad financiera.
- Preparación de presupuestos y análisis de las desviaciones por proyecto y por departamento corporativo. Aplicación de medidas correctoras. Control de las variaciones en costes de producción, operaciones y gastos de explotación.
- Seguimiento del Cuadro de Mando Integral donde se analizan los principales KPI´s del negocio.
- Análisis de inversiones industriales y planes de financiación.
- Optimización de la gestión del circulante (pagos y cobros, y gestión de stock).
- Preparación de las Cuentas Anuales e informes de gestión.
- Control y supervisión de la información financiera que suministran las **filiales de la división.**
- Desarrollo y motivación del equipo a su cargo manteniendo un alto nível de servicio frente al resto de departamentos de la compañía.

**PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO**:
Formación y cualificaciones requeridas:

- Titulado superior en Ciencias Empresariales, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar. Se valorará un MBA
- Imprescindible que la persona aporte experiência en un entorno industrial y de fabricación.
- Visión de negocio y análisis financiero enfocado al mismo.
- Con experiência en la gestión de equipos y en organizaciones de estilo matricial.
- Para este puesto se requiere un **nível alto de Inglés.**:

- Fluidez en el uso de M365 y conocimientos de ERPs
- Se valorará experiência en el ámbito de la digitalización
- Disponibilidad para viajar a las filiales.
