We’re hiring for a Financial Controller as part of Dentsu in Madrid.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to perform and support the lower-risk standard Financial reporting and control activities required each month, quarter, and year-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Monthly closings: monthly provisions and analysis.
- External audit: deal with auditors and preparation of ad hoc documentation.
- Internal audit: conducting annual JSOX audits, establishing new controls, and dealing with group internal auditors.
- General financial control: development, monitoring, and supervision of various projects related to financial control.
- Collaboration with other financial departments.
- Meet the deadlines established by the group.
- Deal with tax advisors.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar (Master’s will be a plus).
- +3 years of work experience in Audit (Big Four), Financial controlling, or Financial consultancy.
- Good communication skills, team player, autonomous and proactive.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good English is essential as most of our communication takes place in English.
