MuleSoft is looking for a motivated Associate Solution Engineer to join our exceptionally talented Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team, who are instrumental to MuleSoft's growth.
The MuleSoft Sales team will rely on your technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be an integral part of the success for both our customers and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations for the solution, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and troubleshooting technical configuration issues engagements.
As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, you will connect the dots between the technical solution to business value for the customer.
These are the core requirements for the position:
Languages: Spanish, English and French
Based in Madrid, Spain with the ability to travel around EMEA on a regular basis.
1 Year of experience in supporting pre-sales teams on the technical side: demo building, prototyping, workshop delivery, asset creation.
Experience at supporting Salesforce World Tour events
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Integration, API Management and Automation.
MuleSoft Certified Developer certification
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Platform. Trailhead Ranger as minimum status
Deep knowledge of demo prototyping tools, such as FIGMA
Knowledge of specific MuleSoft one2many workshops, ALC Workshop, Panoramica, etc.
Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to functional & technical elements of RFIs/RFPs autonomously
