Join CPBI, the Criteo Performance Business Intelligence team, and be a part of our mission to deliver highly automated, intuitive, and consumable self-service analytics and reporting. Your Main Mission:
As a Sales & Finance Reporting Analyst, you will play a vital role in our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Designing KPIs that effectively measure performance evolution and progress.
- Developing and maintaining SQL scripts, datasets, and Power BI dashboards.
- Understanding dataflows and models to support integration into a centralized source of thruth.
- Identifying and proposing technical optimizations to increase automation, performance, and reliability.
- Evolving and adapting existing tools to align with company changes and transformations.
- Working in an agile manner with end users, ensuring regular and quick feedback loops.
- Driving high engagement from our audience through training, intuitive design, and user-friendly documentation.
- Project managing the delivery of key items in the team roadmap.

**Who You Are**:
Who You Are:

- Eager to learn, proactive, and analytical-minded.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Power BI (or other visualization tools).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of data and KPI modeling.
- Sales Operations, Finance, or FP&A functional knowledge is a plus.
- Proven working experience as an analyst for at least 2 years.
