Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro/nuestra futuro/futura Senior Data Scientist para formar parte del equipo de Metodologías de Empresa, en nuestra dirección de Riesgos.

**Hablemos del proyecto...**:
Darás soporte a la medición y anticipación del comportamiento de los clientes mediante el desarrollo de metodologías analíticas avanzadas que ayuden a predecir y entender cómo es, qué hace, cómo será y qué hará el cliente, repercutiendo en acciones que simplifiquen los procesos de admisión, seguimiento y recuperación, incrementando su eficiencia y eficacia, ayudando a generar el margen incremental creciente.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollarás los modelos enfocados a potenciar la gestión de anticipada mediante metodologías analíticas y de Machine Learning.
- Revisarás y mejorarás los modelos actuales en función de las directrices de cumplimiento normativo interno y externo exigido por los reguladores.
- Te encargarás del desarrollo de hipótesis que permitan diseñar y probar experimentos analíticos, con el objetivo de identificar áreas de oportunidad y medir el impacto potencial de nuevas iniciativas.
- Elaborarás la documentación de modelos requerida para su presentación a comités.
- Incorporarás mejoras detectadas en organismos internos o externos.

Eres una persona dinámica, creativa, comunicativa y positiva, así como tienes inquietud por adquirir nuevos aprendizajes.

Conocimientos necesarios:

- SAS
- SQL
- Python
- Modelización avanzada
- Machine Learning

**Además valoraríamos**:

- Posees Licenciatura, Ingeniería o Grado en carreras técnicas (Matemáticas, Estadística, Física, ).
- Has estudiado un Máster o postgrado en ciencia de datos.
- Buen nível de inglés.
- Tu experiência es superior a 4 años en la ejecución de proyectos de analítica avanzada.
