**Eurovision Services Madrid is looking for a Billing Intern to join the Finance department team in Madrid, Spain.**

We enable clients to maximise their content value by producing and delivering sport, news and culture/entertainment content to the right audiences at the right time.
**WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES WAITING FOR YOU?**
As a Billing Intern you will support our Finance Team in delivering the following activities:
- Building up, developing and managing billing in accordance with the relevant internal and external regulations, guidelines and corresponding instructions from the Head of unit.
- Managing administrative activities of the unit and streamlines operational procedures to achieve more efficiency.
- Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies.
- Preparing and maintaining an accurate and complete A/R subledger.
- Checking the validity of debit accounts.
- Reviewing monthly income accruals and providing a global valuation (in cooperation with operations) of transmissions not priced.
- Reviewing and monitoring credit-notes level in collaboration with the Credit Controller, to implement controls and processes.
**ABOUT YOU**
If you meet these requirements, don’t hesitate to apply
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Some experience with Dynamics 365 (NAV) or AX will be considered a plus
- A flexible attitude and strong team working skills
- Possibility to sign an internship agreement through your university or business school
- Availability to commit to a full-time schedule.
- Proficiency in **English**, both written and spoken.
- Spanish or French skills will be considered a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within a young and multicultural environment
**BENEFITS AND PERKS**
- Hybrid modality: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
- Full-time job with flexible starting hour.
- Remuneration of 900€ monthly
- Ticket restaurant:11€ per working day
