**Degree Technician**

**Nephrology Research Group**

We are currently seeking for a degree technician to join the Nephrology Research Group and give support to the project “Role

of Apolipoprotein A-Ib in the Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome” funded by la Fundació la Marató de TV3.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry or similar.

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**

Experience in cell culture.
- Experience in protein analysis (WB, immunofluorescence ).
- Fluent in English language (B2 or equivalent).
- Responsible, organized and motivated.
- A degree of independence and team-work abilities.

**Desired: -**

Experience in similar position.
- Experience in mass spectrometry.
- Knowledge of bioinfomatic tools.

**Main responsibilities and duties**:
- Technical support in cell culture, sample preparation, protein analysis, mass spectrometry analysis.
- Contribution to data analysis.

**Labour conditions**:
- Full-time position: 40 h/week.
- Start: 1 April 2021
- Length of the contract: 3 years with a trial period.
- Gross annual salary: 22.823,22 €
