**Introduction to role**:
Join us at Evinova, a health-tech business within the AstraZeneca Group, where we are transforming healthcare through digital, science, and collaborations. We are currently seeking a Product Management Coordinator to support the Head of Product Study Design & Planning (SD&P). In this role, you will utilize your organizational skills and knowledge of operational processes to streamline workflows, support development, and optimize the operational execution of product initiatives. Your diligence and foresight will ensure these tasks align with our strategic objectives, focusing on efficiency and value creation within the product lifecycle. **Accountabilities**:
As a Product Management Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with all key functions for product development and other process stakeholders, both within the company and with external partners. You will act as a conduit for communication and coordination, ensuring that all facets of product development and operations are progressing smoothly and in harmony with our strategic vision.
**Essential Skills/Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in operations, project management, or a similar role within a technology or healthcare environment.
- In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
**Desirable Skills/Experience**:
- Advanced degree or professional certifications related to business administration, project management, or operations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Understanding of digital health products and the healthcare technology market.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
