We are looking for a Meeting Planner specialised in Pharma for our offices in Madrid. Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in end to end event management for pharmaceutical companies?

What will you be able to do in this position?
- Prepare budgets and presentations
- Negotiating and selecting the most suitable suppliers and products for each event, taking into account the constraints of the client's hospitality plan, and our company's Suppliers Tool strategy.
- Booking, issuing of transport through Amadeus and Renfe tools.
- Booking, tracking of deadlines, fulfilment of invoicing requirements.
- Control and updating of passenger lists
- Issuing of travel documents
- Contact with the client during the life of each event.
- Closing, reconciliation of each project, with calculation of savings generated for the client.
- Meeting deadlines according to SLA agreement with the client, and according to company strategy.
- Participation in any training activity of the department, as well as any activity organised from the suppliers area.
- What are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of experience in the management of events of the following types: meetings, training, symposiums, attendance to national and international congresses, launches.
- Experience with pharma clients, as well as knowledge of the Pharma industry & EPFIA codes will be particularly valued.
- Medium/high level of English
- Office package, especially Powerpoint and Excel: pivot tables, and full handling of passenger lists
- Medium level of Amadeus
