**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead mission critical projects to upgrade and refresh critical data center systems and deploy new security capabilities.
- Responsible and accountable for delivering large projects on-time, on budget, and meeting functional and quality specifications.
- Forecasts, manages, and reports on project financials, planned vs actual project schedule, and resource utilization.
- Identifies resources needed to complete work and collaborates with resource manager(s) to assemble appropriate skills/teams.
- Manages issues, risks, and changes using appropriate and agreed upon processes and tools established within the IT PMO.
- Provides weekly status reports and can communicate to executive leadership.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.
- Strong facilitation skills; communicates effectively with the project team and the business to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Capabilities & Competencies for Success**
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Planner, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products, (i.e. Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Understanding of basic information security protocols.
- Cloud experience is a bonus, moving technologies to the cloud.
- Experience with multiple project streams and leading teams of 10+.
- Large enterprise project experience with budget $1million+.
- Proven leadership experience including background in team development with the ability to mentor/coach team in senior or lead capacity.

**Critical Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, plus at least 10 years of relevant IT project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- MBA or related advanced degree
- Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP) required
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English strongly desired.
