C295 India Manufacturing Engineer

To participate in the necessary industrial assessment of current suppliers, to ensure the manufacturing dossier of the main Work Packages is robust and reliable (define, perform, analyze and set up of the documentation)
- To manage the configuration of the product, ensuring proper configuration definition and a robust change management process.
- To Support all the industrialization activities, in close contact with the India Industrial Partner; addressing the applicable manufacturing and engineering queries during the industrialization process.
- To guarantee that the industrial system being deployed in India is able to deliver the associated Work Packages OQOTOC.
- To be responsible to deliver on time and on quality the Manufacturing Engineering deliverables and commitments included in the contract.
- To support c295 India Program in any activity where ME expertise is needed.
- To perform the necessary industrial assessment on site to Indian partners and suppliers, to secure the Indian partners and suppliers has the right competences, capabilities and capacities to deliver the corresponding Work Package.
- To report the status of the activities and provide visibility of the progress of the project, and associated risks and opportunities.
- Ensure that the activities are carried out in an ethical and sustainable way in accordance with the Airbus Code of Conduct and Sustainability directives.
- Educated in an Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in some of these areas: Manufacturing Engineering, Configuration & Change Management, Industrialization and/or Supplier Management
- Proactive person.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized & Structured.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
