Nuestro equipo de Técnicos de Servicio de Campo e Ingenieros de Aplicaciones, son la cara de Flowserve, y contamos con ellos para brindar un servicio de clase mundial a nuestros clientes, creando una ventaja competitiva y duradera de nuestros productos y servicios.
El Técnico de Servicio de Campo se dedica a instalar, poner en servicio, supervisar, solucionar problemas y reparar bombas, trabajando de la mano con otros equipos de Flowserve en distintos sectores como: gas y petróleo, químico, nuclear, carbón y aguas residuales en función del compromiso con el cliente.
En este puesto, el técnico de servicio de campo proporciona asistencia en tiempo real a nuestros clientes, ofreciendo recomendaciones relacionadas a reparaciones, actualizaciones y sustitución de equipos. Además, participa activamente en la resolución de problemas y la aplicación de soluciones en las instalaciones de nuestros clientes.
El Ingeniero de Aplicaciones proporciona asistencia técnica a los contratos de Lifecycle Advantage (LCA) de Flowserve en las instalaciones de nuestros clientes, asimismo; trabaja en un centro de respuesta rápida local, donde sus funciones incluirán garantizar el rendimiento del equipo apoyando, supervisando y ejecutando los requisitos diarios de las operaciones del emplazamiento según se definen en el contrato.
El objetivo de este puesto es aplicar sus conocimientos en ingeniería para apoyar los objetivos de Flowserve y del cliente en una relación contractual sostenible a largo plazo, centrada en la mejora del rendimiento de los activos del cliente. En ocasiones, será necesario realizar inspecciones técnicas de equipos averiados para proporcionar soluciones y mejoras de ingeniería con el fin de mejorar la fiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos.
**Requisitos**:
- Conocimiento de aplicaciones industriales y funcionamiento de bombas, válvulas, juntas, actuadores y equipos mecánicos.
- Experiência en instalación de equipos mecánicos.
- Experiência en reparación de equipos de bombeo, instalación de cierres mecánicos, cambio de caras de cierre/juntas/anillos.
- Capacidad demostrada para leer e interpretar correctamente planos, dibujos de ingeniería y esquemas.
- Debe ser una persona emprendedora con capacidad de realizar seguimiento y trabajar de forma independiente sin necesidad de supervisión constante.
- Para el puesto es esencial disponer de un permiso de conducir vigente y buen historial de conducción.
- Disponibilidad para viajar, dentro y fuera del país; durante largos periodos de tiempo.
- Capacidad de trabajar horas extras para minimizar el impacto en los clientes.
- Se requiere actividad física para el rol de Técnico de Servicio, incluido el levantamiento frecuente de hasta 25 kg, subir/bajar escaleras y trepar y estirarse dentro, debajo y alrededor de grandes equipos, de manera constante, al aire libre durante todo el año.

- Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria y más de 3 años de experiência relevante para el rol de Técnico de Servicio.
- Se prefiere un título de ingeniería para el puesto de Ingeniero de Aplicaciones, o de lo contrario contar con más de 5 años de experiência relevante.
