En nuestra Oficina Central nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Demand & Supply Planning Manager

Su misión principal es la siguiente:

- Asegurar la disponibilidad de producto a nuestros clientes con el nível de stock óptimo y al menor coste posible mediante herramientas complejas de analisis de la demanda y generación de forecast de ventas, y generación de pedidos a proveedores

Funciones del puesto:

- Gestionar los demand & supply category managers que dirigen un grupo de demand&supply planners, responsables de crear las previsiones de la demanda (forecast) adecuadas a las necesidades de nuestros centros basadas en el histórico de ventas y en los eventos futuros (cambios de precios, promociones, etc) y de crear los pedidos de reposición para los centros y plataformas, minimizando los faltantes de stock manteniendo un adecuado nível de stock en días en centros y plataformas
- Definir planes de acción concretos y coordinar los equipos para asegurar que todos los artículos activos están disponibles para los clientes en la cantidad correcta, en el lugar correcto y a tiempo
- Identificar riesgos en el proceso y desarrollar planes de acción de reducción de los mismos
- Definir los flujos de mercancía y las condiciones de entrega más adecuadas para las necesidades del cliente, privilegiando el flujo de Central stock para maximizar el servicio A para B de acuerdo a los planes estratégicos de Supply Chain definidos en el Value Creation Plan.
- Gestionar como líder las reuniones CFT de stock performance para incrementar la disponibilidad de stock y la optimización de los níveles del mismo
- Incrementar la performance de los proveedores en tiempo y cantidad mediante planes de acción establecidos con los mismos y gestión conjunta de los forecast proporcionados por la nueva herramienta

**Requisitos**:
Competencias requeridas:

- Alto nível de pensamiento analítico y atención al detalle, sintiéndose cómodo en entornos de forecast y relaciones complejas entre variables
- Capacidades de comunicación, presentación, comunicación interna y externa a todos los níveles
- Capacidad probada de desarrollar independientemente su propia área de responsabilidad y de gestionar el cambio bajo presión

Titulación: Titulado medio o superior, deseable formación específica en Supply Chain.

Otros:

- Inglés nível alto
- Uso avanzado de Microsoft Office
- Conocimiento de demand planning/forecast de ventas, supply planning, logística.
- Expertise en retail, wholesale, e-commerce o FMCG
