We are looking for a **Demand Planning & Pricing Analyst** for the southwest region [SWR = Spain & Portugal] Consumer business unit with proper expertise and pertinent insight on the company demand planning & pricing strategy and the market actions that should be undertook. The position will report to the Pricing & Demand Planning Manager.

The **Demand Planning & Pricing Analyst** will have the following main responsibilities:

- Manage,** **on a monthly basis, the forecast reported to BSEU in order to ensure the stock availability according to region’s needs and guarantee the the accurate level of forecast error & BIAS aligned with the targets.
- Be responsible for the implementation of actions during the month in order to reduce potential gaps of availability, together with LSCM & Sales areas.
- Be responsible for executing the **pricing strategy together with the Pricing Manager**, all via an optimized and harmonized channel and customer structure; and through a deep understanding of the commercial and financial impact of pricing.
- **Propose market actions, including pricing actions **to leverage opportunities or mitigate risks.
- As demand planner, he/she will be responsible for the forecast accuracy improvement specially in BS Brand and HRD/ uHRD/ AS, as well as, contribute to reach brand and products targets through synchronizing supply and demand figures.
- Besides that, this person will coordinate the Demand Planning Process in each cycle:
- Involve the Product & Sales teams during each cycle in order to have the best demand estimation.
- Prepare the monthly Demand Review Meeting with HQ in order to show and discuss the Regional forecast.
- Work with Supply Chain (LSCM) to ensure effective inventory and check that contract volumes are included in forecast.

He/she will be responsible for the coordination of RTx exercises & OB, in order to book correctly the units at OMP. The back order clean up will also be part of the main responsibilities of this position.

On the other hand, this role will take care of the implementation of the of sell in conditions (for all brands & Consumer products) in order to achieve the objectives of the business unit, he/she will follow up the appropriate price management, identifying/anticipating potential key issues and ensuring the targeted sales profitability. Respecting Bridgestone headquarters´ guidelines and targets is a mandatory condition to operate.

With the strictest adherence to competition law, supervising price competitiveness and evolution in comparison with our main competitors in the market, proposing proactive actions (monthly sales campaigns, deciding on requests for quotation, and monitoring intake of purchase orders collection vs monthly target) to secure our compliance with the company strategy/objectives.
