An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hungry and proactive **Junior** **Administrative Assistant/Recruiter**

The post holder will work as part of a busy and dynamic team. You must be highly motivated and committed to providing support to the team.

You will possess excellent communication skills, have proven organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative. You will be able to organise, prioritise your workload, and balance this with the role's demands.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organise and maintain the office filing system (Cloud)
- Filter through CVs thoroughly, ascertaining prospective new childcarers
- Screen applicants before and during the interviewing process
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and research to support work on key strategic and operational issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

General commercial and social acumen, intuitively strong interpersonal skills and a consistent drive for excellence

A proactive thinker

Desirable Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques

Interview technique and experience

Experience in diary management
- This is a hybrid position with weekly meetings in Barcelona
- 20 hours per week
- Salary: 10-15 euros per hour, depending on experience
- Please note this job is based in Barcelona
