We're hiring a Senior Brand Performance Manager to join our Barcelona studio. Could this be you?

**The role**
The Senior Brand Performance Manager will partner with and support the regional Brand Performance Team to build a robust insights & analytics offer across geographies that strongly supports our strategic and creative effort, maintains our currency as a top tier brand and design consultancy, and establishes new thinking and approaches to augment our current offer.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data sources to synthesise insights, determine priorities, and identify information gaps to help inform brand strategy. You will define and create brand-led business cases, financial models, and value propositions for industry leading brands willing to understand brand and/or business transformation. You will become the primary project's point of contact while delivering on a client interest for ad-hoc consulting projects including but not limited to brand strategy, brand equity, brand-led business case modelling, brand valuation, setting financial KPI etc.
**What we're looking for**
You'll have experience in brand, business, or marketing consulting with clear understanding what role brand plays in business or have analogous experience on the corporate side. Also, experience in translating insights from research and data into recommendations on client brand and business strategies with knowledge of SPSS. Proficient in English and native/bilingual either in Italian or Spanish, bonus for any fluent language, specifically Portuguese, Greek, Romanian. Experience with financial metrics and business casing as well as project management is a plus.
