**What you’ll do**:

- Identify New Partnership Opportunities: Research and analyze potential partners according to the departments' strategy, targeting organizations that align with our business goals and values.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal content) to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, sales, preferably within EdTech/Media/online learning.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build effective relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and securing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Pipedrive.
- Curiosity to analyse current trends.
- Prior experience with international markets.

**English is a must.** We are a multicultural team, and we are providing a service in English so, we don't care about certificates, but we expect you to be able to communicate fluently.
