Estudiante grado en administración y dirección de empresas, Económicas, Marketing o similar.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de marketing digital (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Experiência de al menos 6 meses trabajando en apoyo comercial y con CRM o bases de datos de clientes.
- Buscas unas prácticas desafiantes en una empresa en desarrollo y fuerte crecimiento
- Excelente capacidad comunicativa tanto de forma verbal como escrita
- Tienes dotes de trabajo en equipo
- Eres proactivo, persuasivo y te apasionan los retos
- Te sientes cómodo con herramientas digitales como (Hubspot, Asana, Power Point )
- Conocimiento de Excel y Powerpoint.

**Funciones**:

- Apoyar en la creación de informes de sector, análisis de datos y factores de riesgos, así como oportunidades. Apoyar al equipo a la hora de realizar contacto con posibles clientes. Preparar presentaciones para nuestros clientes.
- Desarrollar presentaciones de ventas, incluyendo investigación y posibles argumentos de ventas en diferentes productos y categorías de productos.
- Apoyar en el reporte del rendimiento del equipo de ventas, preparar presentaciones y presentarlas cuando sea necesario. Investigar los precios, productos e iniciativas de marketing de la competencia.
- Apoyar a los Representantes de Ventas en la capacitación del personal en productos. Asistir al equipo de ventas en la resolución de problemas que enfrentan los clientes, respondiendo a sus solicitudes para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Asistir al equipo de ventas en actividades diarias como seguimiento, ideas de venta cruzada y ventas adicionales, propuestas, información de lanzamiento de productos y soporte de ventas directas al canal.
- Recopilar información básica de varios laboratorios, como enfoque del producto para ampliar la base de datos de CRM.
- Mantener organizada la información de ventas. Proponer ideas para ayudar a maximizar las ventas y construir sobre estrategias existentes que han proporcionado grandes resultados en el pasado.
- Trabajar para mantener una relación positiva con todos nuestros estimados clientes.
