**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Service Administrator/Order processing
- Provide Sales & Service administration support to the business development activities of Bruker Optics.
- NOB coordination from PO received to scheduling system installation to secure fastest revenue recognition
- Prepare and complete relevant and related documentation that may be needed to obtain or process sales orders or change orders.
- Follow up of late or split deliveries
- Manage, coordinate and process:

- Customer orders
- Product pricing
- Daily invoicing and end of month processing
- Provide support in sales reporting, accounts and business development support SAP and Salesforce.
- Assist in customer queries on invoices and customer claims and E-Invoicing.
- Provide support to audits and compliance activities related to Sales Operations.
- Maintenance of service contracts and invoicing.
- Follow up of RMA and return of repaired items from factories.
- Coordination of spare parts stock.
- Manage material and master data SAP module.
- Creation of cases / closing and invoicing of jobs
- Quotations (spare parts/consumables) and invoicing.
- General Maintenance of SAP/SFDC.
- Support to the Field service Engineers
- Logistic functions and courier.

Qualifications:

- A degree in economics, supply chain or appropriate discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant working experience (order management, logistics, supply chain or equivalent)
- Language: English
- Experience in sales operations related jobs
- Experience with international business
- Sense for quality and details
- Solution oriented and process driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of operating SAP and CRM (SFDC)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
