**REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Formación de postgrado en eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad en edificación (Post-graduate training in the field of sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings)2. Uso avanzado de programas de simulación energética dinámica de edificios (Advanced use of building energy simulation software (dynamic, such as Energy Plus, Trnsys, DOE-2, etc...)3. Uso de programas de simulación de iluminación en edificios (Use of lighting simulation software for buildings)4. Experiência en evaluación de la calidad ambiental de la edificación y sistemas de certificación como LEED, BREEAM, etc (Experience on environmental quality assessment of buildings and certification schemes, such as LEED, BREEAM, etc)5. Conocimiento en instalaciones de edificios (climatización, ventilación, renovables) (Knowledge on technical systems of buildings (HVAC, renewable energy)6. Uso de bases de datos de materiales, sistemas constructivos y de acondicionamiento de edificios (Use of databases of building materials and HVAC systems)7. Uso de bases de datos de ACV (Use of databases of life cycle analysis)
**BENEFICIOS/BENEFITS**:
The person will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team in the EU-funded ZEBAI project that could be extended until December of 2025.
**CRITERIOS Y PROCESO DE SELECCION/ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS**:
The eligibility criteria will adhere to the previous requirements. Proper publication of punctuation will be ensured for each area. It would be taken into account the interest on developing the PhD Thesis.
