**What the role is**

The Procurement Director is responsible for establishing and leading the procurement strategy and guidelines for the company to maximize the value received from suppliers, compelling description of the department

**What you will be doing**
- Responsible of planning and executing purchase and budget;
- Responsible for defining quality standards;
- Research to find suppliers (local and non-local). Responsible for the negotiation and contracts with them;
- Value analysis and depreciation;
- Financing;
- Responsible for the inventory control, stock and stores;
- Disposals and other related functions.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create the budget. Get the floor plan and timetable from the Project Manager to analyze.
- Make a quantity list from this and make sure the budget and all the info is the same and correct.
- Get the look and feel / mood board / renders and start to get quiet for all the items of the hotels.
- Responsible for all the logistics and shipment until the installation in the hotels all over the world.
- Meeting the 4 types of Selina’s lists:

- Find supplies and furniture, locally, in each country where Selina has a location.
- From China or other countries (big quantities and store it in Zona libre).
- To build in-house in our workshop. What the architect / and interior designer will buy per location in order to keep each place special and different.
- Controlling all the phases of purchases (diagnosis, development and implementation).

**What do you need for the role**
- Bachelor degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar
- 5+ years in procurement leadership positions in a multinational
- Hospitality & Tourism experience (preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to navigate among diverse tasks
- Leadership
- Ability to manage time and responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Knowledge of file management
- Creativity
- Focus on solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of English (written and oral)
