**What you'll be doing**:
- Work closely with the Academic Director to ensure academic operations run smoothly
- Coordinate with account manager to manage academic plans of each client
- Work with the rest of the team to ensure that Clients have the necessary reports
- Help manage the academic database
- Analyze student academic requirements for new clients to make academic proposals and learning plans
- Continuously look for value added solutions to improve the user experience
- Monitor in class teacher adherence to academic standards, plans and tech
- Periodically track student progress and exams
- Assign students to classes based on academic needs
- Manage teacher schedules and be the point of contact for teachers
- Will be reporting to the Academic Director
**What you need to succeed**:
- Bachelor's degree in an academic field required, a linguistic degree is a plus
- Previous experience/knowledge in language acquisition
- Either degree in Academic Management or previous experience required
- Previous experience or knowledge in online classes is a plus
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish
- Self-sufficient and able to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Apps and Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Good attitude to continuously learn and improve
