**SERVICE ENGINEER**

Desde la delegación de Pamplona, estamos buscando dos personas para ocupar el puesto de técnico/a de garantía y postventa en empresa solida del sector de las energías renovables.

FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA:
Grado en Ingeniería, preferiblemente electrónica o mecatrónica, o experiência demostrable de al menos 2 años en puesto similar.

IDIOMAS:
Inglés fluido, hablado y escrito, mínimo B1, preferible B2.

Valorable otros idiomas.

FUNCIONES:
Gestión documental certificados de calidad y trazabilidad, garantía y postventa.

Interpretación de planos técnicos.

Inspección a proveedores y obras.

Control y medición geométrico y de recubrimiento, validación de producto, proveedores, obra.

Manejo de herramientas de medición (metro, calibre ).

Redacción de políticas de empresa, procedimientos e instrucciones técnicas, fichas de control, órdenes de trabajo.

Gestión documental / Redacción de documentación técnica e informes de actuación.

Creación, gestión e interpretación de bases de datos (principalmente relativas a reclamaciones de cliente en garantía).

Control presupuestario.

Focal Point (interno, proveedores y clientes).

Negociación con clientes y proveedores.

Control de stocks y Gestión logística.

EXPERIENCIA:
Conocimiento de materiales (especialmente acero), entornos industriales, herramientas de medición y control, calidad, logística, programación electrónica, software y hardware, valorable sistema ISO 9001.
