Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the world? Do you have a background in renewable energy? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our distributors, installers, and end users in the region of Spain.

Your tasks will include:

- Managing the hotline and ticket system
- Conducting training sessions for distributors and installers, troubleshooting on-site with our partner success manager
- Engaging in pre-sale customer visits with the account manager.
- You will be responsible for creating and documenting FAQ resources, developing online courses, and preparing regular performance reports for the department center. Your dedication and contribution will greatly influence the success of our operations in the region.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or an equivalent field (beneficial)
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in after-sales or technical support roles, preferably in the PV/ESS/O&M field. Experience with inverters is a plus.
- Strong language skills in English and Spanish at a minimum C1 level. Knowledge of Chinese will be an asset.

- The ability to work independently and remain focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
