En Sener deseamos incorporar en nuestro equipo a un/a Compliance Manager en nuestro centro de trabajo de Tres Cantos.

El departamento corporativo de compliance en Sener es el encargado de supervisar el cumplimiento normativo, por un lado, las leyes, normas y reglamentos externos que son de aplicación en la empresa, y, por otro lado, la normativa interna adoptada por la compañía. Esta estructura tiene como misión velar porque la compañía cumple con todas sus obligaciones legales y no incumpla normativas ni códigos de conductas. De este modo, se evitan riesgos que podrían derivar en sanciones o crisis de reputación que pueden poner en peligro la estabilidad de la empresa.

**Qué harás**:

- Seguir y mantenerse al día de los cambios normativos y garantizar la aplicación de las nuevas normativas en la empresa.
- Desarrollar y mantener políticas y procedimientos internos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos normativos locales e internacionales.
- Llevar a cabo evaluaciones de riesgo de los nuevos negocios que se incorporen al grupo para identificar posibles problemas de cumplimiento y recomendar medidas mitigadoras o preventivas.
- Gestión de acciones de sensibilización, tanto a nível de formación como de comunicación, para el refuerzo de la cultura de cumplimiento del grupo.
- Seguimiento de objetivos y KPIs del Plan Anual de Cumplimiento y preparación de reportes periódicos de actividad.
- Implantación, actualización y supervisión de los Modelos de Cumplimiento Penal y de Protección de Datos para todo el grupo.
- Análisis de proveedores relevantes desde un punto de vista de compliance como hito relevante en el proceso de homologación a través de nuestra herramienta corporativa de compras.
- Asesoramiento y soporte en materia de cumplimiento a las áreas y departamentos de negocio del grupo.
- Representación de la Dirección de Cumplimiento en las actividades y eventos que designe el Director de Cumplimiento

**Qué esperamos de ti**:

- Titulación universitaria, preferentemente ADE o Derecho, con una comprensión profunda de los estándares y normativas internacionales de compliance.
- Se valorará máster o certificación en cumplimiento normativo y/o gestión de riesgos, así como otra formación complementaria en cumplimiento, ética e integridad, gestión de riesgos, control interno, auditoría, sanciones internacionales, forensic, comunicación, formación y transformación digital.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en funciones similares o en empresas de consultoría, liderando la adecuada gestión del cumplimiento en otras compañías y diseñando sistemas de compliance robustos
- Capacidad para desarrollar políticas y procedimientos internos que soportan procesos de la compañía
- Experiência demostrada en gestión de riesgos
- Liderazgo en la Identificación y revisión periódica de controles del modelo de compliance
- Ejecución de tareas en el ámbito de _Third-Party Compliance_, elaborando el informe final con la asignación del nível de riesgo.
- Autonomía para planificar y el trabajo acordado en el plan anual
- Habilidades para preparar presentaciones ejecutivas y hacer _reporting_ a Comisión y Consejo +
- Aplicación de herramientas y aplicaciones que habiliten la digitalización del trabajo y la integración e la inteligencia artificial en el día a día para ser más eficiente
- Manejo avanzado del paquete Microsoft Office, valorándose el uso de otras aplicaciones específicas para la función.
- Buen nível de inglés (C1)
