PepsiCo Net Revenue Management is a relatively new function where transformation, technology, strategy and capabilities enablement are being setup to be best in class, and to be standardized and deployed globally.The main purpose of this role is to lead NRM strategy playbook deployment, guiding the NRM GBS COE and BU cross-functional teams from strategy development to execution across the NRM levers of Price Architecture, Mix Management and Trade Management - ultimately setting PepsiCo up for long term, consumer focused topline and profit growth. In addition to driving playbook deployment, the role will also focus both internally and externally, driving internal communications and competitive benchmarking to ensure PepsiCo is set up for long term success.

**Responsibilities**

As a Sr. Manager of Global Net Revenue Management Strategy, you will:

- Build GBS NRM COE strategy capability and guide markets through strategy development and deployment across the NRM levers of Price Architecture, Mix Management and Trade Management
- Support the development of Global NRM Long Term Strategy creation, defining future sources of growth and strategic investments across BUs to realize these sources, ultimately driving sustainable and consistent NR, NRR and margin expansion.
- Lead defining the overarching Global NRM approach, analytics and frameworks for playbook augmentation across the NRM levers
- Work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and externally to lead the collation of best in class Revenue Management practices
- Translate best practices into already codified playbooks, defining targeted markets for deployment to ensure a “stronger” PepsiCo AOP and long-term strategy
- Lead competitive benchmarking exercises to ensure PepsiCo is market-leading in Revenue Management organization, approach, capability and technology
- Lead the development of internal communications and alignment discussions to ensure we move quickly as One PepsiCo

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications/Requiements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience in Net Revenue Management

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Strategy Expertise** - Strong record in CPG Strategy and Consulting practice with minimum 5 years CPG experience. Proven track record demonstrating strategic thinking and problem solving
- ** Analytical Expertise** - Exceptional analytical skills. Ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level executive summary, storylines & concise practical plans for execution
- ** Presentation** - Ability to visually present thoughts, storylines, facts & figures in a compelling way and adapt content to a variety of senior leadership and middle management audiences - specifically including strong PowerPoint and Excel competence
- ** Communication** - Excellent communication skills and can articulate complex issues in an easy to understand way
- ** Leadership** - Proven leadership and people development skills. Cross-functional collaboration experience and working in a matrix organization
- ** Influence** - Demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at Senior Leadership level and across a wide stakeholder group in Functions, Sectors and BUs. Ability to influence at high level without authority.
- ** Commercial Acumen** - Broad multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG and/or Retail. Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex, incomplete or ambiguous data with ease
- ** Global Mindset** - Takes an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across multiple global stakeholders (e.g., market needs, labor practices, legal issues) when building strategies and driving results. Capitalizes on an understanding of global business and societal dynamics to create flexible strategies that resonate across geographies or business categories
