Descripción

Garantizar el correcto desarrollo del sistema de gestión de mejora continua y calidad de Operational Excellence.

Colaborar en la definición y construcción de los estándares operativos y de gestión acompañando a los responsables de procesos.

Liderar los procesos de auditorías internas y externas.

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS PRINCIPALES

**1. Sistema de gestión de Operational Excellence**:
**ISO 9001**
- Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de gestión acorde a las exigencias marcadas por el estándar ISO 9001 y las internas por el LOGIS WAY.
- Reportar a alta dirección el desempeño del sistema de gestión.
- Generar el documento de revisión por la dirección anualmente juntamente con las personas necesarias para tal fin.
- Actualizar la matriz de riesgos juntamente con los responsables de proceso periódicamente.
- Actualizar el mapa de procesos y ficha de procesos juntamente con los responsables de proceso periódicamente.
- Seguimiento de la satisfacción al cliente.
- Control de costos de no calidad.
- Definir KPIs de gestión con responsables de proceso.
- Analizar la información de indicadores de gestión para el diseño de nuevas estrategias o planes correctivos.
- Verificar con el área de RRHH la realización de detección de necesidades de capacitación y el cumplimiento de los programas de capacitación.
- Asegurar la renovación anual de la certificación ISO 9001.

**Procedimientos y documentación**
- Verificar la aplicación de políticas y procedimientos en las diferentes áreas de la empresa.
- Administrar y controlar la documentación relacionada con calidad.
- Supervisar el uso de estándares corporativos por parte de cada área responsable de proceso en la generación de documentos que definan procesos.

**Auditorias**
- Ejecutar las auditorías internas requeridas por ISO 9001.
- Participar y supervisar el proceso de auditoría externa realizado por la empresa auditora.
- Coordinar los planes de acción derivados de No Conformidades surgidas en auditorías internas/externas.
- Supervisar la resolución de No Conformidades.

**2. AUDIT WW**
- Actualizar el pliego de auditoría anualmente con los responsables de proceso acorde a posibles modificaciones del estándar LOGIS WAY.
- Planificar, ejecutar y compartir resultados AUDIT WW en UNs.
- Supervisar y acompañar a equipo UN en la implementación de planes de acción derivados de No Conformidades.
- Definir conjuntamente objetivos de mejora del estándar con las UNs.

**3. Gestor documental**
- Formar y dar soporte a usuarios en el uso de la herramienta.
- Generar y/o actualizar el contenido para formación de usuarios.
- Asegurar la resolución de incidencias de la herramienta juntamente con el área de sistemas.

**4. Sostenibilidad medioambiental**
- Promover los principios de sostenibilidad y gestión eficiente de energía, agua y combustibles.
- Ámbito de la sostenibilidad:

- Definir objetivos de sostenibilidad medioambiental
- Definir y realizar el seguimiento de KPIs de sostenibilidad
- Definir buenas prácticas de minimización y gestión de residuos.
- Definir procedimiento de gestión medio ambiental orientado a una futura certificación ISO 14001.
- Crear formato de gestión de recogida de residuos.
- Dotar a todos los almacenes en los que se requiera de certificado de productor de residuos (NIMA).
- Supervisar en las distintas filiales los planes de acción para el cumplimiento de las políticas marcadas.
- Ámbito de la gestión de energía, agua y combustibles
- Definir buenas prácticas en la gestión de recursos (energía, agua y combustibles).
- Coordinar los trabajos el partner seleccionado para las auditorías energéticas obligatorias.
- Revisión y estudio de las medidas de eficiencia energética aportadas por las auditorías energéticas. Propuestas de mejora
- Supervisar en las distintas filiales los planes de acción asociados a este ámbito.

**PRL**
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad del centro y utilizar los EPIs correspondientes.

**Requisitos**:
FORMACIÓN: Formación universitario en ingeniería, ADE, Riesgos laborales o similar. Valorable experiência como auditor/a interno/a.

EXPERIENCIA: 3 a 5 años realizando tareas similares en empresas multinacionales o relacionadas con el área calidad o legislación industrial.

OTROS:

- Conocimientos en normativa internacional (ISO 9001).
- Conocimientos de legislación aplicables a centros logísticos, mantenimiento industrial y PRL.
- Riguroso, persistente, metódico y dinámico, que sepa aportar buenos consejos para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
- Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (paquete MICROSOFT OFFICE).
- Gran empatía para facilitar la implantación de planes de acción con impacto en el largo plazo.
- Buena capacidad de negociación para conseguir los objetivos marcados.
- Inglés nível medio/alto hablado y escrito.
