Gestionar los suministros y el inventario de la oficina, asegurando que se disponga del material necesario y se renueve a tiempo.
Realizar compras y gestiones de aprovisionamiento de la oficina, como pedidos de material de oficina, suministros, etc.
Coordinar y supervisar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
Atender llamadas telefónicas y realizar llamadas necesarias en nombre de la empresa.
Coordinar la logística de viajes y alojamiento de los empleados de la empresa.
Realizar tareas de contabilidad básica, como llevar un control de los gastos y la gestión de facturas.
Gestionar y mantener la base de datos de clientes y proveedores de la empresa.
Apoyar en la organización de eventos y actos corporativos de la empresa.
Supervisar el trabajo de otros empleados de la oficina, como becarios, asistentes administrativos, etc.
