Pour l'un de nos clients basé en Espagne, nous recherchons un CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
**MISSION**:
- Superviser et coordonner toutes les phases de la construction de l'usine pharmaceutique, en veillant au respect des normes de sécurité, de qualité et de délais.
- Diriger et gérer les sous-traitants et les équipes de travail sur le terrain, garantissant l'efficacité dans l'atteinte des objectifs du projet.
- Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, telles que les équipes de conception, les fournisseurs, les autorités réglementaires et les clients, pour garantir une communication fluide et une collaboration efficace.
- Superviser les aspects financiers du projet, en contrôlant les budgets, les coûts et les délais, et en identifiant les opportunités d'optimisation des ressources.
- Veiller au respect des normes de construction, des réglementations locales et des exigences spécifiques liées à l'industrie pharmaceutique.
**PROFIL**:
- Minimum 8 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Expérience avérée dans la construction d'usines pharmaceutiques ou de projets industriels similaires, avec une solide compréhension des normes et des pratiques spécifiques à ce secteur.
- Excellente connaissance des différents corps de métier impliqués dans la construction, ainsi que des processus de gestion de projet et des techniques de planification.
- Maîtrise des logiciels : MS Office, MS Project.
- Anglais courant, maîtrise de l'espagnol est un plus
