**Mission**:
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Manager is a business partner to the internal clients. He/she works collaborative with peers and other stakeholders in the organization and is accountable for advising on strategic and relevant, routine commercial transactions in Spain and across geographies. His/her tasks include drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and providing legal support to other areas, such as Compliance, Medical Affairs and Procurement, as well as to affiliates.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Provides legal advice and recommendations; supports the company's strategic priorities and serve as partner to other functions such as compliance, procurement and medical affairs.
- Supports affiliates on legal matters.
- Collaborates with colleagues on projects for standardization and efficiency.
- Works in the strategy and implementation of the General Counsel Area’s internal communications to the company.

**Education**:

- Bachelors in Law or equivalent degree in Law.
- Post-graduate studies (MBA, LLM) is a plus.

**Experience**:

- In-house or law-firm total minimum experience of five (5) years. Such minimum experience is required to advise on operational / business units in local and international settings.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- International experience is preferrable.

**Specific Knowledge**:

- Knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as compliance, including pharmaceutical promotional compliance, antitrust, contracting, including contracts with healthcare professional, licensing and commercial transactions.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
- Good document drafting and proofreading skills.
