**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn how to conduct trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment as required.
- Make observations of customer needs and liaise with sales colleagues to follow up on and introduce new or additional Stryker product and/or support.
- Learn to record details of customers and maintain a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly and monthly objectives. Start to develop the skills needed to prioritize where to allocate time and resource and how to grow business.
- Learn how to conduct price negotiations, produce sales quotations, manage contracts and provide added value propositions that maximize Stryker profitability.
- Develop an understanding of the local healthcare environment. Understand the patient pathway through a hospital and the role we play in providing product for suitable treatment. Gain an appreciation for the main departments in hospitals and what interaction we have in those areas.
- Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports Creativity and Team Spirit.
- Additional responsibilities as directed by RSM (Regional Sales Manager). Properly segregate the waste generated at your workplace.

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in Engineering, Biomedicine, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience in a medical, scientific field or technical career
- Previous experience in the Medical Devices industry and solid knowledge of the healthcare system will be highly beneficial
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales or Marketing role, ideally in the Medical devices sector

OR
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical scientific role (Physiotherapist, nurse, clinical or biomedical engineer) with strong sales attitude
- Ideally experience in Operating room, dealing with surgeons and clinical staff
- Native Spanish speaker with intermediate level of English (B1-B2)
- Advanced competences with Microsoft Office
