They are looking for a Billing Analyst who will be managing invoicing of delivered goods and services, invoice delivery to the customer and resolving customer disputes of issued invoices
Tasks
- Support, improve, and develop work processes to ensure an excellent customer experience and full legal compliance.
- Perform data analysis and participate in improvement projects.
- Ensure accurate and systematic processing of customer invoices, documenting and archiving all relevant information.
- Enter and maintain customer-specific billing and invoice delivery requirements, including electronic invoice delivery, electronic data interfaces, and public sector invoicing solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new work processes.
**Requirements**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under time pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP would be beneficial.
- 2-3 years of experience in an office environment.
