**Funciones**:
- Apoyo en la realización de negociaciones con el objetivo de conseguir condiciones óptimas de calidad, precio y plazo.
- Ayuda en la gestión de las categorías de compra bajo su responsabilidad para la explotación de hotel y participar en los proyectos de compras para aperturas de nuevos hoteles.
- Identificar posibles sinergias entre las diferentes unidades de negocio y acciona los planes e interactúa con el personal necesario para que se lleven a cabo.
- Soporte en la búsqueda de nuevos proveedores y productos acordes a las necesidades actuales de los hoteles
- Apoyo en la realización de comparativos, negociación con proveedores y formalización de acuerdos/contratos
- Lanzamiento de RFPs/licitaciones
- Evaluación de productos, calidad-precio-servicio.
- Evaluación del rendimiento de proveedor. Seguimiento, análisis y puesta en marcha de medidas correctivas.
- Apoyo en la coordinación con el departamento de calidad y marca para cumplir e ir en línea con los estándares marcados por cada director de marca.
- Apoyo y orientación a los responsables de compras de los hoteles
- Refuerzo en el control de cumplimiento por parte de los proveedores de los acuerdos alcanzados en cuanto a precios, servicios, plazos, rappel
- Refuerzo en la aplicación de la política de compras en los procedimientos y funciones estratégicas
- Centralización de proveedores con el objetivo de unir sinergias y aumentar el poder de negociación para el grupo
