Manager Undergrad Programs Business Development

Overview:
The Manager Undergraduate Programs of the Global Markets team will play an integral role in the team, supporting in the execution of high-impact activities and marketing to provide strong IE brand awareness and drive increased recruitment of IE University in different regions.
**Responsibilities**:
**Key Action Areas**:
- Develop new Sales & Marketing channels to promote the institution’s program portfolio & services.
- Coordinate with various departments to maximize the institution’s recognition.
- Competitors’ benchmarking focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offering.
- Coordinate and execute both large and small-scale related recruitment activities.
- Report to the Senior manager and Director on the activities and special projects of the unit.
- Work closely with the various teams within the institution: Marketing, Admissions and other relevant departments in IE.
Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- Masters’ degree from a top university.
- Fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus.
- Solid creative, analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
- Good team player.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial and willing to take risks.
- Experience in Education would be a plus.
