Due to our expansion into new locations in Torre del Mar, Calahonda, and Alhaurín el Grande, we are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead our team and ensure optimal sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
▪Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telemarketing agents to ensure they consistently meet and exceed their sales targets.

▪Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and sales capabilities.

▪Oversee daily operations of telemarketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance with regulations.

▪Utilize your expertise to optimize the efficiency of sales scripts, lead generation strategies, and closing techniques.

▪Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.

▪Provide training and mentorship to new and existing agents to ensure high-quality sales performance.

▪Report on team performance and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
▪Proven experience in a Telemarketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of leading teams to high performance.

▪Native English speaker with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

▪Legally eligible to work in Spain.

▪Strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

▪A passion for driving sales success and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
